Shipping

Shipping costs are dependent on dimension, price, destination and delivery timeframes. Shipping costs are not refundable. A quote will be provided at time of order.

Studio Policies

Purchase Guarantee:
Purchasing art from LJstudio209 is fully guaranteed. If the work does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

Return Policy:
Please notify us via phone (720.284.6819) or email within 24 hours if your order is received damaged. Please save all packaging materials so the carrier can send a pick-up label for return. For a claim, the carrier will want to see all packaging material as well as the damaged item.

If there is any discrepancy in your order, or you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase from LJstudio209, you may exchange it or return the item in its original condition within 7 days from the date of purchase for gallery sales, or 7 days from receipt of art from internet orders. You will receive a refund (in the form of a check) for the cost of the purchased item after it has been inspected for return to our inventory. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay for return shipping charges.

Return Authorization:
You must inform our staff via email or phone (720.284.6819) prior to shipping a return order to receive proper instructions and authorization.

Damaged Returns:
We gladly accept returns that follow the above return guidelines. If we receive a damaged item as a return, and we are unable to re-enter in into our inventory, we offer the following options:
1) We can return the item(s) to you at no additional charge
2) We can refund 50% of the purchase price of the item upon approval and settlement of insurance claim

We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing material if possible.
